| Solutions Sales Representative |

Position Location: New York City, Brooklyn/Queens & Long Island |
|
To provide primary pre sales and post sales support to the sales force for solutions based hardware and software products. These areas may include but are not limited to networked MFP’s, Scanning, Document Management, Fax integration, and Fiery based color. Work with the sales force and IT Department to insure that all areas of digital connected products (i.e., site survey, scope of work, sales and service assistance – actual physical connection in customer office)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Ability to service LVC and HVC equipment proficiently.

High level of analytical ability is required in order to gather and interpret data in situations where the problems are somewhat complex.

A high level of computer skills, MCSE, CNE certification a plus
